SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY

Standard delivery:

As soon as your order is packed (1-3 working days), I will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take few days before the tracking information is available.

Additional terms if you are ordering textile. Please note that all materials are needed to be printed out in the factory. It can take 1-4 weeks before I can ship them out to you.

All shipping costs are calculated according the weight and and destination of the package.

All paintings and textile are shipped in boxes with additional protective wrapping. All prints, cards and watercolour paintings are shipped in envelopes or tubes.

Delivery within the Netherlands is up to 7 working days; Europe up to 1-2 weeks; and International up to 1 month. It also can vary depending on the country of destination and other circumstances that are not within the sender's responsibility.

Express delivery:

If you wish to receive your parcel faster please let me know by sending a private message or using the comment section. Please note that express delivery can be made only with an additional fee depending on your region.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Please contact me before sending anything back. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and securely packaged. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Once I receive the returned item, your refund will be processed using the original payment method, within the applicable 14-day period.

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging.

Item costs:

Please note that VAT tax is already included in the total price of each item.
