Hi, I’m Alisa

Siberian-born, Netherlands-based visual artist specializing in contemporary mixed media, digital art, and pattern design.
I began my artistic journey in 2016 under the mentorship of renowned Latvian artist Ilgvars Zalans.
My evolving body of work reflects a transition from traditional landscapes and still-life compositions to expressive abstract pieces. Working across oil, mixed media, and digital platforms, I capture vibrant moments that evoke the dynamism and beauty of nature.

I'm passionate person and easily carried away by a tune or a shadow playing on the leaves in a hot summer day

In my home you can always find a vintage pieces, good food, loud music and a bouquet of fresh flowers

Spending a lot of time outdoors I am always inspired by nature

As much as I am a minimalistic person, I also pay attention to little details that give space a bright and sensitive accent

DURING MY HIKING TRIPS I ALWAYS BRING SOMETHING WITH ME:
PINE CONES, SNAGS, STONES OR SHELLS.

Sort of… this spring is quite cold in the Netherlands, but the cherry blossoms festival makes it cheerful. Sakura in bloom is a unique symbol of rebirth, renewal and a new beginning and a wonderful model for drawing.
